We stayed 8 nights to celebrate a 30th anniversary. It was our first trip to Aruba. We relied heavily on the reviews as difficult to understand the island if have not been there. The house is spectacular. We only used half the house with two of us. The real gem is the outside space. We swam and read and ate and slept on that beautiful porch and pool. The AC in the bedrooms were sufficient. Beds comfy. No worry there. We liked the location bc we could be to Noord and Oranjestad in 20 mins for food, beaches, and sunsets and to sunrise and other side in 5 mins. Nice grocery just beyond house.
Coming from afar and seeing place on Google maps worried me. Was it a safe neighborhood? (Our first international Airbnb). After staying there, meeting neighbors, and driving daily.. I can say yes. And we will be back for sure. Don’t miss the Ayo Rocks park nearby! We want to bring our kids next time! Favorite restaurant was Lucca and best beach was Eagle. Underdog tours for sea turtle swim!

This was our second stay at Dos Shoco. We enjoy the quiet and peacefulness of the house. There are several neighbors nearby by you rarely hear them. The large private pool is the biggest perk for us. We can go to the beach during the day then come back and relax in the pool. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings watching the Aruba landscape and listening to the sounds of the birds. Having a well stocked kitchen is a big plus for us also as we enjoy cooking most of our meals. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful artwork, beautiful dessert garden, aesthetically appealing; the pool was great. Beautiful location in the thick of nature. Near a beach that needs ATVs to explore (near the gold mine ruins). It just wasn’t as near the main beaches as I’d hoped (all tourist sites were a twenty minute drive). There is a/c in the bedrooms but not in the living room nor kitchen. Beds were super comfy. TVs in each bedroom. Games provided. The host was very attentive. When I cancelled due to being too remote, she worked with me and provided alternatives. If you value privacy and seclusion for a romantic getaway, this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a place within walking distance to the beach, try a place in Noord.

We were here as a family for the second time and deliberately chose Manon's house in Ayo because we thought it was great two years ago. It is in a great location (quiet) and meets all our requirements. Communication with the accommodation was as always hassle-free and questions in between were answered super fast. It was another very successful stay in Aruba in the beautiful location. Thank you!

 A place that is both private and close to everything if you rent a car. The sunsets over the cactus forest were incredible. The house was clean and well equipped. The pool was much appreciated after a day at the beach.

 Dos Shoco Villa Ayo Nature Aruba was such a lovely place! We so enjoyed the pool with the amazing sunset views among cacti, lizards and birds! Inside was clean, cool, and had very nice showers-  Grocery store was within walking distance, and so was a glassblowing studio that also made pizzas! We rented a jeep with a discount offered through this home, and drove 5 min to the natural bridge, and even to see the sunrise every morning! Aruba is a special place, especially if you’re willing to go off the beaten path and explore all the hidden gems the island has to offer! Manon was quick to reply and very helpful :)

We greatly enjoyed the villa and its picturesque location with cacti!! When we got back, there was 1 meter of snow on the ground!! Very well-furnished villa, both aesthetically and practically. Amazing sunset with views of the pool and cacti! Nice slice of heaven! We will recommend to our circle of friends.

Great house in a quieter location, worth the few extra minutes drive. The private pool area with the views & the birds singing will chill you out right away!  House comes furnished with lots of towels and everything you need in the kitchen.  Lots of books, games & puzzles too!
Also, Manon is a wonderful host, responsive, helpful and super friendly! Can’t wait to come back.

 Clean, great a/c, lovely outdoor area, equipped kitchen with beach coolers! Manon checked in with us, she was super attentive when requested and we felt safe and comfortable at this house! Would not hesitate to rent again.
Outdoor area is lovely and pool is great size.
We had 2 couples and we had lots of space without being crowded.

 We had a great stay at Dos Shoco Villa! The setting was beautiful and peaceful and the house was just what we were looking for: spacious, comfortable, and with a pool and beautiful outdoor space. The location is private and secluded, but a short drive to anywhere on the island. We would definitely stay again.
